February 20 -JM30 Level 1/Day 9: Just Weigh It!

LEVEL 1/DAY 9: Jillian Michaels 30-Day Shred Program

It's day 9 finally and I am getting stronger. I do feel a difference in my workout but there really are just moments in the workout that I still can't do continuously. It will be day 10 tomorrow so I watched the Level 2 already just to get a feel of what Level 2 has in store for me.

It seemed as if I can do it... Harder and more challenging but doable. I can do this!! Today, I brought my digital scale everywhere I went for lunch and for dinner and weighed everything I would eat even though it was a buffet, I weighed everything! It's just a hassle but it worked and I was able to stay within my 1800 calorie count!

To be completely honest, I am really beginning to feel myself slack off a little bit with my diet. I think this week is not the best of my new lifestyle but I will stick to my diet! I will make up for everything starting next week!

February 19 -JM30 Level 1/Day 8: Sticking with it!

LEVEL 1/DAY 8: Jillian Michaels 30-Day Shred Program

I had a date with my BFF today for a fitting with her couturier for her wedding day. Her wedding is actually one of my inspirations to lose weight! I was confident enough to go and have my measurements taken because I know that I will still lose weight!

We then had lunch in Cibo after and I was very good! I ordered the Di Mare salad, just a small one which usually I order the large. And I also ordered the mushroom soup which I learned that it was made with Barley! I was extra happy because it wasn't made with rice like I thought. I researched too how much carbs are in Barley and I was happy to know that it's more of a whole grain. Yay!

When I did the workout this morning, I felt burnt out to be honest. I couldn't do most of the moves that were usually easy for me. I don't know if it's actually being burnt out but that's what it felt like. But I stuck with the workout from start to finish.

I am hoping to have more energy to do the workout tomorrow morning because I have 2 days left for Level 1 and I know that Level 2 might be harder. So I am hoping to do it better tomorrow!
