January 27 -Fresh Start

Today is the day where I turn my life around. The 190 lb. mark hit me like a brick and I am scared shitless for my health. I have had so much years of eating whatever I wanted without thinking of the consequences and I have to go do this for myself.


My activities for today:

-Brisk Walking
Time: 32 minutes

-Light Stretching
Time: 10 minutes

-Intermmediate Pilates
Time: 15 minutes



My menu for today:


BREAKFAST
  • 1/4 cup Cooked oatmeal
  • 1 red apple


SNACK
  • None


LUNCH
  • 5 Chicken Breast Yakitori Sticks (Lemon Pepper Seasoning & Salt)
  • 420g Canned Corn with Mrs. Dash


SNACK
  • 1 cup Carrot Sticks
  • 6pc.  Pork Siomai


DINNER

  • 4pcs Vietnamese Fresh Spring Rolls
  • 2pcs Chicken Wings
  • 1pc Sweet Sour Lean Pork


I had a bit of a hard time after lunch because I got hungry. Usually after afternoon naps I indulge in junk food or a hearty sandwich. But now I was able to curve that appetite by drinking water and having some carrot sticks.

Proud of myself too! I was able to stick to calorie counting at dinner using my Net Diary! I have to control my salt intake though... I need more water!

I am on the road to recovery! YES I CAN!
