I am feeling good today! Inspite of the big lunch I had with my sister at Tong Yang, I was able to control the portions that I ate. I usually leave that place feeling like food can come out of my ears but surprisingly I left there today about 80% full.
I didn't crave for any snacks in the middle of the day too which is always good! I did have a little bit of trouble with working out though. I was a little bit lazy to walk but I still managed to get out of bed though to do a little brisk walking.

- 1/2 cup Cooked Oatmeal with honey and non-fat milk
- 1 red apple

- Tong Yang (I listed down all the food that I cooked into the soup)

- 50g Raw Carrots
- Home made unsweetened Iced Tea
DINNER
- Lean Turkey Sandwich
I really didn't feel about eating in Tong Yang today because I was able to list down all the ingredients I had. The fact that it's boiled too is a plus I guess.
I hope that tomorrow I will be in the mood to exercise. I really don't want to burn out from exercising too that's why I still don't want to push it too much. I want to take my time and let my body get used to my new routine again. After about 4 months of being stagnant, I don't want to push too hard and then get burned out easily and give up again. I have to do this slowly but surely.
It's only been 4 days of a healthier lifestyle but I can already feel the difference! I actually don't feel sluggish anymore and I don't feel so sleepy all the time! I do have to increase my water intake some more. I will make it a point to try again tomorrow!
