Before I tell you about my day, I must tell you that I stopped taking Chromium Picolinate. I am not quite sure of the side effects so I have to consult a doctor before I begin again. In spite of me stopping it, I still feel great!
So, inspiration... I had a shoot today but I was able to say no to the fast food and junk food that was offered to me during the shoot. I was also able to eat healthy all throughout the day so I am very thankful to God that He was able to control my appetite. I wasn't deprived or hungry in any way, I just said no because I wasn't hungry.
I was so happy that at the Avon event I attended in the evening that people were very supportive and cheering me on with my new lifestyle! It was very hard to say no to all the delicious food at the event but I wasn't hungry because I ate a heavy snack in the afternoon after my shoot.
I am inspired because I saw my friend and fellow beauty blogger Martha Sta. Barbara, and she lost so much weight! She looked really good! I asked for some tips and I just feel so inspired! So thank you Martha for giving me so much useful tips!

My body is a little sore from the workout yesterday but nothing that I can't handle. My body got a good workout (I can feel it in my buns and my arms!). I have to work on my arms though, I still can't do the pushups for the whole minute that Jillian requires, but I will get there! As Martha and Jillian says, "You have to keep pushing yourself!"
