February 9 -Can I get a Woot Woot?

Today is a good day! Yay! I finally started taking my supplements again for weightloss. I went to an alternative medicine expert a few months ago and he prescribed me these supplements to take. But then, I got tired of taking them because they were just too many. I should take them 3x a day! But I finally found the prescription he gave me and the instructions, so I thought, why not?

Today is Sunday so that means, it's a little bit of a cheat day. I finished the remainder of the tofu chips which is about 127g. So that is the last of those nasty things! Tomorrow is the start of a brand new week! WEEK 3! Can I get a woot woot?

I start the Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred Program tomorrow and I can't wait to do this challenge. I have been wanting to mix 'em up!

Tofu Chips (UGH!!)

20g Pancit Canton
10g Chicken

Today was a little bit of a cheat day because I finished the tofu chips and I didn't really take exact measurements of my dinner, an estimate but still within range I'm sure. Tomorrow is WEIGH DAY so I am feeling a little bit anxious for that too! Hihihi! I don't want to keep my hopes up though. I know that I haven't been diligent with my diet, you know, eating tofu chips and all. But whatever the results, I will keep on doing this! I won't give up!

And oh! Did I mention that I was able to say NO to a slice of succulent hot cinnamon roll? And also, I was migraine free today!

In spite of me going over the calorie count today, it was still a good day!
