February 20 -JM30 Level 1/Day 9: Just Weigh It!

LEVEL 1/DAY 9: Jillian Michaels 30-Day Shred Program

It's day 9 finally and I am getting stronger. I do feel a difference in my workout but there really are just moments in the workout that I still can't do continuously. It will be day 10 tomorrow so I watched the Level 2 already just to get a feel of what Level 2 has in store for me.

It seemed as if I can do it... Harder and more challenging but doable. I can do this!! Today, I brought my digital scale everywhere I went for lunch and for dinner and weighed everything I would eat even though it was a buffet, I weighed everything! It's just a hassle but it worked and I was able to stay within my 1800 calorie count!

To be completely honest, I am really beginning to feel myself slack off a little bit with my diet. I think this week is not the best of my new lifestyle but I will stick to my diet! I will make up for everything starting next week!
